Artefakt offers fast, free shipping on its' entire line of products including furniture, art, lighting & more. Most items arrive within 7 business days; large items including furniture arrive within 15 business days. Furniture, lighting & other large items require contact info in order to schedule delivery, please provide a reliable phone number for your order to ensure fastest, convenient delivery.

Art & Décor
Artefakt offers 30-day returns on all art & decor in good condition (unless the product arrives damaged in which case a refund or replacement is sent, see below refund policy). Customers are responsible for providing return shipment (at their choice of carrier) with tracking number. To initiate a return of art & decor, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Furniture & Lighting
Artefakt offers a refund on all furniture and lighting product that is damaged upon arrival (see below refund policy). Returns are generally not accepted due to the high cost of shipping, however, some exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Artefakt. To request a return of furniture and lighting, please email email@example.com
Refunds are offered on all product that is damaged upon arrival. To initiate a refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following within 24 hours of delivery:
- Description of items and damage.
- Photos documenting packaging & damage.
- Tracking number for time-stamping.
For all art, customers may request a replacement as opposed to refund.
